    Agreed.

    My preference would be to use `imake' and a simple `Imakefile' which
    includes the standard `Library.tmpl' and figures out the Standard
    Place through whatever machanism the X implementors chose. Sun, SGI,
    and everyone else in the X universe seem to have decided to use
    different defaults.

    However, I'm quite the new kid on the block when it comes to this
    package maintainence stuff and am more than willing to get the
    guidance of more experienced folks.
