    It's probably true that XForms is not receiving or processing the
    events properly when the user resizes the form before being displayed.
    The SGI window manager is a strange beast.

    You might try issuing an fl_redraw_form() after the fl_show_form()
    just to see if that makes the problem go away. If not, it will
    involve a fair amount of Xlib trickery to work around the problem.
