Have a look at the "Browse the CVS Repository" link.
http://savannah.nongnu.org/cvs/?group=xforms
You can grab a snapshot of current CVS with
cvs -d:pserver:anoncvs@subversions.gnu.org:/cvsroot/xforms login
When prompted for a password, hit <Return>. Thereafter download the repository
with:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anoncvs@subversions.gnu.org:/cvsroot/xforms co -d xformscvs
xforms
2) Where can I go to find a list of all the changes and new features

Very few new features (if any) were added between 0.89.5 and 1.0. Bugs have
been fixed and that continues to be the primary aim in the 1.1 cycle. Read
the ChangeLog for a detailed list of what has happened since 1.0. I have a
"status" file here locally that sumarises this coherently. I'll probably
commit that too.

Not stupid at all.
