    # To subscribers of the xforms list from David Scriven <davidwriter@yahoo.com> :

One thing I think should be fixed is the naming
    of
the libraries and include files - currently there
    are three libraries:
    libforms
    libflimage
    libformsGL

    and three includes:
    forms.h
    glcanvas.h
    flimage.h

Its certainly not intuitive that glcanvas or
flimage belong to xforms. I'd like to suggest
that the includes be renamed to:
    forms.h (as is)
    formsGL.h
    formsimg.h

    and the libraries become
    libforms (as is)
    libformsGL (as is)
    libformsimg

    which would be consistent.

It would be simple to keep the original include
files names with the new include name inside
and a warning that the original file is
    deprecated. Similarly the libflimage link
could be changed to contain a link to
libformsimg so no existing programs would be
    broken.

    DS
