[XForms] xforms 1.0.9 library

Hi.

On OpenVMS, I've now built and began running (just barely) my GUI that now 
uses the xforms 1.0.9 library.  I've found a couple of weird things so far:

1) Calls to fl_calloc (from within my GUI) are causing access 
violations.  However, when I substitute malloc, it works fine.

2) fl_raise_form causes an access violation, so I did a search through the 
library code to see if I could find its implementation, and it doesn't 
appear anywhere!  Is there a substitute in this version for fl_raise_form?
