[XForms] XForms for production code

The latest official release is the older xforms 1.0. Version 1.0.90,
which is more recent, is not an official version, but I believe it is
at least as good as 1.0. 

Both versions can be found at:

And, yes, version 1.1.0 of xforms is long overdue.
