The current manual is available in Postscript form at
ftp://bragg.phys.uwm.edu/pub/xforms/DOC/forms.ps.gz
`gunzip' it and feed that to your favorite Postscript printer.
If you don't want to print the whole thing out, you can view it with
ghostview or any other Postscript viewer.
To be blunt about it, if you don't have a manual there's not much
point in anyone helping you.
