    No. It's straight C. If by "win" you mean Windows, you will need an
    X server.

    The manual is excellent. You may find it in

    or

            ftp://ncmir.ucsd.edu/pub/xforms/DOC/forms_sngl.ps.gz

    The latter is better if you have a printer that only prints on one
    side of a page.
