[XForms] Source for .89.5

Is the source for version 0.89.5 available?  Currently, I'm running with 
the .88 binary version on OpenVMS 7.3-2 and there are some problems.  One 
of them is that the text written to and entered into input boxes does not 
show up.  It's there, but it doesn't appear no matter what color the 
background is.

I need source for a PRE-AUTOMAKE version, because I'm building on OpenVMS 
w/ NO GNV!!  Therefore, I need a version that does not generate files 
automatically.  Please let me know, as I think that building with a 
post-.88 version is the only way to get rid of these problems I'm encountering.
